Phoenix Omen

The Phoenix Omen is a symbol in COG culture an military, but it isn't the symbol for the actual government. That would be the blue and white flag with the winged cog. It's been like that since Gears 1 and is still that in Gears 5.--Iota-One (talk) 22:17, November 18, 2019 (UTC)
