Private First Class W. Felhofer was a Gear soldier in the Coalition of Ordered Governments army who fought and died during the Destruction of Halvo Bay.

Destruction of Halvo Bay
Around thirty days after Emergence Day, Felhofer was part of the effort to defend the city of Halvo Bay from a huge Locust assault. Felhofer tried to draw enemy fire while fighting on the Enfield Bridge, but was killed by a Boomshot round. Felhofer's COG Tag was later recovered by Cdt. Sofia Hendrik of Kilo Squad.[1]
