Wine is an alcoholic beverage made from the fermentation of grapes. As alcohol, Wine has a long shelf life and could technically be preserved indefinitely if held in proper conditions.
A room that stores wine is called a winery, and is often located at the basement of a building. The Stroud Estate had a winery which still had multiple stacks of preserved wine. Marcus Fenix used the winery as a secret escape entrance from Jinn's DeeBee forces after they caught up with JD Fenix's altercation with the theft of a Fabricator.[1]
In the winery, a collectible of an Old Bottle of Wine can be found.
